Each product may vary slightly in color, grain, and finish
Natural wood imperfections are expected and not considered defects
Custom designs (logos, quotes, colors) are made per customer request

Because each bench is:
Made to order
Customized with names, logos, or quotes
We DO NOT offer refunds or returns on custom items.
2. NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
If you offer standard (non-custom) products:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unused and in original condition
3. DAMAGES OR DEFECTS
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours
Provide photos of damage
We will:
Repair
Replace
Or offer partial refund (at our discretion)
4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

5. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION
